Setting up equipment - Jack Thompson

This process allowed us to learn all the sufficient skills to set up the equipment in the relevant manor so that our clips will look as professional as possible. we learnt how to safely carry and open the tripod while making sure it is level using the built in spirit level. This makes sure all the clips taken are level with the ground so it looks balanced. Secondary we had to learn how to put the base plate on the camera correctly and then insert it into the slot on the tripod ensuring the camera is fully locked in so it is safe to use. Learning these skills will significantly help us in filming phase of the creation of the documentary enabling us to create the best product possible.
